Care
Place the Codiaeum in a sunny spot. The wonder shrub needs at least five hours of sun a day. Place the plant near a window facing north east or west. If the plant is placed near a south-facing window, it is recommended to place the plant two feet from the window because otherwise the plant will receive too much direct sunlight. However, with too little light, the leaves may fall off or lose their beautiful color. A fluctuating temperature can also cause the plant to lose its leaves. This plant does not like a drafty environment. Water the plant sufficiently: Preferably three to four times a week in summer and once every five days in winter. The root ball should not dry out. Spray the wonder bush with water preferably once a week to remove dust from the leaves and to prevent pests. Be careful, as this houseplant is mildly toxic to pets.
