Fargesia rufa is a clumping bamboo species known for its ornamental qualities and non-invasive growth habit. Commonly referred to as the Chinese Fountain Bamboo or Rufa Bamboo, it is valued for its graceful appearance, compact size, and suitability for various garden settings. The foliage consists of delicate, narrow leaves that provide a lush and vibrant green backdrop. The leaves rustle in the wind, creating a soothing sound reminiscent of a gentle fountain.
