Crafted with care using unbleached cotton, each pillow provides light pressure that can help ease eye strain and promote a sense of calm. Use it warm or cool depending on your needs.

- Can be used as a cold compress (freeze for 30 minutes before). Not recommended for microwave.

How to Use: Place over closed eyes during rest or meditation. For a warm compress, heat in the microwave for 20 30 seconds (always test temperature before use). For a cooling effect, place in a sealed bag in the freezer for 30 minutes.
