The 'Oracle Silk' is Hand-painted, square Silk Scarf edged with a vibrant orange boarder and is part of the signature 'Evolution' Collection by Alice Acreman Silks.
Inspired by the traditions of textile design and the discipline's developments to embrace more modern techniques, the Evolution collection contrasts tradition with unique, innovative creation. This digital print scarf features a striking hand painted orange Octopus with coiling tentacles and references the belief that this fascinating creature is able to predict the future. Also incorporated into this unusual design is the vintage style star chart, another reference to future prediction and scientific discovery.
There are a variety of ways to style this scarf, the orange tentacles which creep from the lower right corner make an interesting feature when worn around the neck
